For those who are not able to do it in 2 minutes, don't chill the bowl and the cream.

*Note: 1) don't add sugar before mixing or it will take longer to mix. Add it in gradually. 2) chill the heavy whipping cream as well as the bowl. I chilled my bowl and it took way more than 2.5 minutes. Why the cut at 1:10? Did you pause the timer while you were whisking behind our backs? Lol. My husband took over after my tired arms and he used a spinning the whisk between his hands like one would to kindle a fire (or like electric mixers spin not beat) and it did the trick in under 2 minutes.

A blender will work also. You just have to keep a very close eye on it because it whips fast (for soft peaks it’s less than 30 sec if you whip for to long you are going to end up with butter so don’t do it for to long)

Hey Rebecca... I remember when I was a really young kid and I wanted to get drunk but no one was around to buy beer for me, so I decided to go into the grocery store and buy a whole bunch of McCormick vanilla extract because it contains like 45 or 50% alcohol. I slammed it down and got smashed! LMAO it burned like hell!

This is the recipe but in half if you want to make less.


1/2 cup of Heavy Whipping Cream
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
1/4 tablespoon of vanilla

It took me about 25 min to start to really thicken and about another 5 to get it done good! Lots of work but worth it! lol

I put sugar in the cream and whipped for 5 minutes and it never became cream so thank you ! U Owe me cream
