I’m usually on the music free side but I enjoy these either way. I say don’t give in to the masses. Use the music if it’s truer to what you want to do.

Some people have the voice and personality to create relaxation.
I remember years ago it was the case with an australian celebrity Chef. I was lying down during à heatwave withe the TV program in the background. I realised that it was very relaxing to listen to his comments.
Another guy in the same style is Bob Ross and his painting tutorials vidéos. Very entertaining and relaxing.
