its against the law to be with a women who is stilled married seperated or not it only takes one person to complaint plus its adultery you can be charged and arrested for it by PI law. So always know look up the cenomar to verify if they say divorced. cause if you ever do try marry like k1 visa or regular marriage in PI if you ever they to bring to USA even if they try the trick divorcing in hong kong or other places if not regonized in PI or listed on cenomar her visa will be denied thats a fact.

Catholic Church prohibit divorce, but what does Church do to prevent early pregnancies (not that rare in the Philippines) and for birth control in general? I'm not "eyes wide shut"... the Law of Catholic Church is the same all around the world, and pills or condoms (non-natural technics of contraception) are not more allowed in Europ than anywhere else. Anyway, Governments are like Church, making laws that they can't (or don't want, or dont bother) get respected. About divorce, it looks like you feel something is going to happen in the Philippines.
