I think the blood dropped down from mark.. before u fixed it to stand .well it would effect the result ?? And up to what I know esr value is not given in odd numbers ..

Y using two anticoagulants
1.6 ml blood + 0.4ml trisodium citrate is used.y EDTA blood we are already using Sodium citrate

But EDTA is not used, Trisodium Citrate should be used in this test
