In London we have scanners that you pick up on your way in, scan any item you want to buy and at the end just pay at a special cash desk just for those scanners. So it’s like these trolleys but you leave the scanner in the shop and walk out with the trolley to your car.

Smart shopping sounds similar to what I can do at Meijer where I "Shop & Scan" and scan items using my phone and then scan a QR code to check out and pay. I use it because it does speed up my trip but the biggest issue I have is that my main store doesn't have a dedicated shop & scan lane (I have been to others that have dedicated lanes) so I end up waiting in line anyways and almost always have to wait for the employee to come scan 3 items from my cart. They are so close to it being a huge time saver, but checkout is still a pain when it doesn't need to be.

Hmm, wondering if the "Dislike Count" is actually being removed for the reasons claimed or if it's being "removed/disappeared" so the public at large can no longer assess/get a feel for a video's "Like-to-Dis-Like ratio... point being (in its original iteration) getting to see a video's Like-to-DisLike ratio is actually an extremely helpful, informative and telling social barometer.
