my cloud session fails every time it tells me my machine "does not fall within a reasonable range of our server time." Can anyone help me?

Yeah, but I can't start an iLok cloud session without having the stupid usb iLok physically attached to my computer. WHY??!! Why in God's name is Avid so invested in a third party licensing company? I use Final Draft Software. I get a license with two activations. Simple. No dongle. No USB anything. Go to "Help", drop down to activate on this computer, done! All nice and neat, quick and fast. No mysteries. We buy Pro Tools, Avid should give us three or five or however many activations done directly through Avid. Why do I have to dance with a third party licensing vendor that makes things so complicated? This is not ease-of-use customer focus centric.
