The door on the right side appears to be lower than the left due to the gap at the top. I hope they’re adjustable hinges.

Good video however watching the video I found it hard to follow the different clips as didn't know what you were doing when or what parts you were talking about (newbie) the linked blog was lots of help and helped me to visualize what you were doing in the different clips in the video. Might be nice to see an amalgamation of the two. A diagram to show what part of the cabinet your working on and what your doing ( as your explaining ) and then cut to doing the actual work. However, again thank you for the video and taking the time to put one out and help others!!! What spray gun were you using to paint the cabinet?

Quick and dirty way to find the width of your panel is to throw your stile on the table saw and adjust your fence to that piece, then cut the height by measuring. I did the hot glue thing on my 30 kitchen cabinet drawers and now I use double face tape for more consistent thickness. Great looking vanity.

tongue and groove router bit set is way faster and easier . you should get one i use mine constantly . i never use pocket screws anymore everything tongue and groove.. lots of area for glue, and no screws
im talkin shaker doors.
