Grape leaves with rice Traditionally

Preparation time: 35 minutes
Time to wrap : 50 - 60 minutes
Cooking time: 50 - 60 minutes
Total time : 2:15 - 2:35 hour
Serves: 131 pieces

Components :
A big secret is the abundant onion
•500gr dried onion - chopped •400gr fresh onion (3 - 4 bunches) Saute : Always at high temperature.
•600 gr of Carolina rice ( Rinse the rice so that unnecessary starch is removed )
•I'll add in the rice - The juice of 1 lemon ( This way our rice will not melt ) We may need to add more lemon then. ( We begin this process - before we begin : Saute our vegetables )
•1 bunch of parsley
•1 bunch of spearmint
•1 bunch of dill
•1 cup extra virgin olive oil (160 g) - to saute
•1 tablespoon of salt
•1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
•1 tablespoon oregano (Rub her so that she extracts all her oils - her fragrances and her fine taste.)
•The juice of 1 lemon (If needed)
**Salt - pepper - Oregano - Olive oil and Lemon. These materials are at will. 🍲🍲 Casserole : ----------26 or 28cm----------
•Vine leaves in the freezer ( Frozen Vine Leaves)
**Add 2 glasses of water to the filling (Boil until all our liquids are absorbed by the rice and then switch off the fire.)
🎨For Cooking: •3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil (120gr) •2 glasses of water •Cover with a glass plate ( After 30 minutes boiling add : 1 glass of water still) It may need more water (From the 3 glasses I added). Of course you will add.
👌Try and make corrections : In addition : 1 teaspoon of salt and juice of 1 more lemon and 1/2 cup water
👌At short intervals: Shake the Casserole as you see in the video
👌When ready, turn off the fire. Cover with lid and let stand for 5 minutes.
