This race man was...Brilliant!!! As we all have been saying, if the beast can start qualifying he will win races. I will say one further...if the beast starts qualifying up front he will be some sort of "complete" motorcycle racer the world has never seen. The way he rides on worn tires is so different than the other drivers. Bagnaia put in a lap top speed of 210mph and race leaders were doing 202, 203. My initial thought was how is that possible and as I was pondering that he then goes down. Worn tires and overheating tires is a nightmare to a racer and Bastianini excels in this realm. Just push for up front positions Bastianini and you will win so many races IMO. Ducati are gonna regret losing him I feel.
