when submit button pressed it does not add a user please help

When I click on the delete button, it deletes the record from the database, but doesn't reflect those changes on the Home.js page, I need to reload the page to see that the record has disappeared.

At 19:00 my page background is white, unlike yours, which is grey. How do I change that?

Edit : I fixed it. I added boottrap class bg-dark, to the outermost div, in Home.js and it looks like yours now.

Edit 2 : I went back in the video and it seems you had added it too, but I missed it.
