At 4:38, I've got news for you, this person did EXACTLY what you asked them to do. Grammatically, you asked them to watch the video AND send you a copy paste of their bio. I think you meant for that last line to read "If you don't watch the video, or you send me a copy paste of your bio, then I will scrap your application." Punctuation and grammar are super important, and I am harping you on this because you are talking so much about communication and giving the client what they want. Well, in this case, you got exactly what you asked for, even if it wasn't what you meant to ask for.

I think your language about copy/pasting a bio is ambiguous and could easily be interpreted as you wanting a person to copy/paste his or her bio-especially for a non-native English speaker. “don’t” could apply to watching your videos AND copy pasting. That is, the applicant has todo both or you will reject them.

I don't really understand this idea that you have that they didn't watch your videos, although I understand that you asked for suggestions which they didn't provide. They're confirming they can do it by replying to you, their experience and examples are just a reassurance IF YOU WANT IT
At least that's how I see it, it feels wrong to just say "sure thing, I can do what you're asking for" and then you're left wondering "but can you really?". SOME degree of proof of works seems to be warranted here.

In fact, your chosen editor did just that, not just his first paragraph, but his second paragraph as well. While others were like "here are some links to my work" he just went "here's a link which has multiple instances of my work". I really fail to see the difference, and I'm curious if this is just a personal preference on your part as opposed to a general opinion of most hirers

feel obliged to comment. doing retraining now for 2 years so I will have official papers(already started) ...
Here in germany they dont let you stuff without papers ...

So that is why i considered freelancing .... but its hard to figure out what to actually build or what you can do ...

I might just end up doing a regular job .... and focus on building my own platforms .... instead of building other ppls dreams :D ....

still it might be intersting to participate in freelancing for a while.
