Leg days have always been my weakness. Not because I’m physically incapable or don’t like to do it but after 2 knee surgeries that fear is always in my head. Your videos have helped me overcome that fear and to want to keep pushing myself and getting better and better. I appreciate every single video you’ve posted and thank you! Because of you I was able to turn my hobby into a career and I couldn’t be happier much love from Texas, Mr. Tell it like it is💪🏼

It's an absolute joke that this video isn't so much higher when you search trap bar instructions. Easily the best and most practical advice on how to have good form on this lift. Deeply appreciated.

I love the trap bar I have one at 1 of 2 gyms that I go to; it’s so versatile

Hi Jonni, can you give some recommendations on calves training or post a video of your calf training? 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

For years I did back squat and I only built my hamstrings and glutes because of my biomecanics and I used leg press for my quads but then I decided to make a home gym and because I don`t have space for the leg press I decided to buy a trap bar.
Now I do the trap bar dead squat with more upright torso and my quads become gigantic.
It`s a great versatile tool and I use it for RDL so i don`t need to use straps because I don`t have to worry about the bar rolling and my grip strenght went up.

Great vid. Always wanted to try a hex bar. This will help when I get the chance (unfortunately my gym doesn't have it)

Started doing these exclusively the last year or so ...
Less set up needed than the usual deadlifts...
I feel it’s better for my athletic performance ..
And I won’t be entering a strong man competition anytime soon so prefer these ...

No matter how hard I try, my back just feels it so much after doing these and my legs are always an after thought, even when driving through and keeping my back straight.
