So the Ackermans were created by the Eldian King to be Super Soldiers who can act as bodyguards for the king
Ackermans are immune to abilities of the Founding Titan do the Ackerman family knew the truth of the outside world so the Eldian King had them persecuted throughout the generations so they keep their mouth shut
Eventually the younger Ackerman generations didn't knew about the outside world because their parents simply didn't tell them that to protect them

Why can't they just create an OVA about the history of the Ackermans to explain everything including those experiments. I mean they didn't explain it properly either in the anime or manga. Fans surely want to know more about this clan.

Thank you! This is exactly why they are not closely related. They are just collectively called as Ackerman clan as the people who have been experimented. Levi's and Mikasa's ancestors go way back generations and aren't necessarily related but they were just experimented during the same time.
