How to make a Helium Balloon - Home made

An easy to way to make home made floating balloons without expense.

Things you'll need:

A Balloon
piece of string (to tie balloon down)
Lemon juice
Baking soda
Small bowl of boiling water
wooden spoon

Instructions: First put a healthy amount of lemon Juice in to the boiling water, then quickly add backing soda and drop in balloon hold submerged for around 1 minute with wooden spoon.

Take out balloon pour to any remaining liquid, now quickly inflate and tie off to stop the reaction mix escaping.

tie string and wait around 10 mins for reaction to take place and voila your very own home made floating balloon!

Damn. Never knew Helium was not the only gas that floats.
I know Helium gas is 6 times lighter than air, but how does a lemon and baking soda mixed with hot water help make a gas as light as almost Helium gas level?

There's an edit at :23 seconds....the video is reversed and it's a helium balloon losing it buoyancy. The end of the video is actually the beginning until the :23 second mark.
I give it a B- for effort.

this most likely wont work cause the mixture of these ingredients produces CO2 AKA carbon dioxide, which is more denser than air
