Hi, I’m Iris Higgins (she/her). I help women unlearn limiting stories and prioritize their wellbeing.

I have been providing coaching and hypnotherapy for the last 10+ years. I graduated from New York University with a master’s degree in psychology and earned a certification in hypnotherapy from Bastyr University outside of Seattle. My original intention when getting my master’s degree was to pursue a PhD in social psychology.
