Operation Market-Garden - "A Bridge Too Far" was one of the most audacious operations ever taken, and the largest airborne assault in the history of warfare.

As I was making this video I went down the rabbit hole of finding information about the planning and the "why" this operation was even considered. As a result my research took over 25 hours, hundreds of photos and maps (some custom maps and animations), original soundtrack and much much more. I had no choice to cut this off and make it its own seperate video which will have so much information for those that want to learn and study this battle.

I am continuing the editing on the "Battle" portion of the next video, and already it is looking to be a very big project - much bigger than I had anticipated, and will need several more days. SO... I apologize for not having completed it in time for today's 80th anniversary of the starte of Operation Market-Garden.

Also... I may have flubbed some pronounciations. Oui Oui.
