A co-worker begged me to help her out and watch one of the kittens that her cat had. It was the runt, very tiny and the mama cat wasn’t taking good care of her. It was only supposed to be for a few days…a week at most! I didn’t want a cat, I didn’t want any animals. That kitten just turned 20 and she has slept on my bed every night ….love my Nuisance ❤️

If your cat or dog throws up after eating dry food.Try moistening the food with water so they can digest it. Cats are meat eating predators, raw Wet meat. This also helps overweight pets to lose weight. A Veterinarian gave me this valuable information.

it's not unheard of, a lot of cats eat too fast! sometimes slow feeder bowls help, sometimes putting out the same dinner as smaller portions can also help. also yes! there are swaddling, baby bjorn-like bags & backpack-like carriers that are excellent.

I have a cat that eats too much too fast so I am now feeding her smaller portions 4-6 times a day. Even if it’s 1/2 hour apart at breakfast and supper time.

You need to get him a feeding bowlthat makes it hard to eat fast.

Important for cat owners with feisty cats: turning your back to a cat is seen as invitation. Cats when with each other look away or turn their head to signal that they do not want to fight and the other can come closer.
When your cat trys to get your food you need to look at them when telling them no. and only turn around and eat when the cat backs down and looks away (a short side glance is enough).
That is no guarantee they will not try again. But at least you made it clear for them, that this food is yours.

I babysit for my daughter. Not her son but her ten month old cat. Her cat is very human and child-like. Ruby walks on me when i sleep and licks my face. She tries to sit on my head. She also play attacks me. Im disabled and she almost makes me fall. She is wild yet funny. I miss her when she leaves but she wears me out.

One of my cats was eating too fast and throwing up a lot. She acted like she was starving to death all the time. The vet did a complete blood work panel on her, and her thyroid levels were at 11. The vet said they need to be between 2-4. She had an extremely overactive thyroid, and if I had let it go on, it could have killed her. She’s now on thyroid medication and no longer throws up after she eats. So if you’ve tried everything and your cat still eats too fast and is throwing up, get them to the vet ASAP.
