In this video I will give a quick (by “quick”, he means a quick 12-minute video) overview of the basic properties of the planet Mercury and compare it to Earth: average distance to the Sun, perihelion, aphelion, eccentricity, inclination of orbit, orbital period, orbital speed, solar day, rotation period, spin-orbit resonance, inclination of equator, topographic range, number of moon(s), diameter, circumference, mass, density, escape speed, surface gravity, albedo, surface temperature (day, night, and average), ATM, ATM mass, ATM content, and magnetic field.

OMG!! You're doing ASTRONOMY now? You've done math, quantum physics, thermodynamics, molecular orbital theory, optics, lenses, radioactive chemistry, force balances, mechanics et al
You, sir, are truly amazing!!

At 9:49 I think you said there is "virtually no atmosphere on the Earth." I'm not sure if this is a mistake or I interpreted it wrong. Thanks for all of the great videos you have made.

I honestly did not know Mars was THAT small compared to earth, until I read your figures. I pictured in my mind my entire life that Mars's diameter was perhaps 90% of earth's.

I'm not sure if this is what you meant or if this information is correct but i think the atmospheric pressure at sea level on earth is around 101325 Bar.

The paper where is described the solution for the precession of Mercury’s perihelion, but like the precession of a gyroscope (derived from the Lagrangian mechanics and the General Theory of Relativity) is the following (from 2014):
