Excellent video. Would love to change to visible, but would need way more tech support to make sure I keep my current number. No way I could have sorted that out on my own. Even trying to retrace all the steps mentioned in this video would be too much.

I use vpn with the basic plan and streaming works flawless with no lag or latency issues at 1080

Thank you. I am planning on switching over from the plan I have at Mint Mobile. The Mint uses T-Mobile towers and where I live it’s just getting slower and slower. I have been using Visible since 2020 for my internet and it has been wonderful. So I will be picking up another line for my everyday phone but I also want to port my number. I have heard it is a wicked process so I appreciate your video on the experience you had. We wanted to go to visable from ATT prepaid. When we tried to unlock ATT prepaid (because Visable said we had to), ATT closed the account and our phone became inoperable. Can't talk to anyone, can't chat because ATT says we have no account, and so now, Visable won't take us becuase our phone is locked at ATT prepaid and we cannot contact ATT prepaid to get our phone working. Went to local stores and they tell us they can't help us. Looks like we have to start all over with a new phone number and with a carrier other than ATT prepaid or Visable. We are elderly and this is very very frustrating.

I bought my iPhone 15 Pro Max from Visible, just like you did. How did you avoid having the transaction declined? When I gave them the credit card, it kept declining. I had to add the credit card to my PayPal account and pay through PayPal instead.

Well, I signed up to visible on a second phone and had a couple of issues with the service already. Even so, I really need to save some money and was thinking about transferring my Verizon account on my main phone to visible until I saw this video. I have a lot going on right now, and I can’t risk losing my old number or having major issues transferring it - so I don’t think I’ll be doing that with visible.

I transferred from T Mobile
I downloaded the app
Followed the instructions in the App
Ported my number from T Mobile
I set my Visible account up Threw the App 1 Day ahead
When I received the physical SIM card
Literally start to Finish setting up 2 IPhone 12 Pro Max
Was about 20 minutes & I WAS UP & Going
My wife literally had phone calls coming in within the first 5 minutes of service
And she was chatting like nothing even happened lol
