Pinnacle Studio 18 & 19 Ultimate - Beat Sync Effect Tutorial

The Pinnacle Studio 18 & 19 Ultimate beat sync effect tutorial shows you how to match a video to the beat of the music in a song. This effects allows you to switch scenes or photos with each beat in a song. Using the M shortcut key in this software makes it simple to do. This is a fantastic effect for music videos, sports highlight videos, slideshows, or any or type of video with music in it.

A great tutorial. A lot of people do not edit or transition to the "beat" of the music. You've shown them how. My last video had 468 markers in a 5 minute video on the timeline to do just that, edit to the beat.
If the beat is consistent and you have photos, you can drag them all to the timeline, do the first one, right mouse click to see how long the duration if it is, highlight all the other photos, adjust duration to that number and they will all "shrink" or "grow" to that size, making trimming a little easier. Also, as in your video, if you have that "Magnet" Snapping on, moving or trimming will automatically place it at the marker when dragging to it. It will "snap" to that marker position.

This is great.  I love doing slide shows of my favorite songs to the beat.  I usually use Windows MovieMaker 2.6 which is a great program but cannot keep up with very fast beats and a lot of pictures.  Each picture has to be individually adjusted but that is what I like about it.  So many slideshow applications don't have that capability.  I hope that Pinnacle can keep up with fast beats and lots of pics. I have checked the option of audio-video file with music and it works. I can not reduce the level of the sound of music on the background commentary, perhaps because both files are mp3?

Thank you! I am learning so much. Have you made a video for adding music to projects on Ultimate 18? I am trying to watch all the Studio 18 vids, but this would help me with the project that I am working on now. All I am seeing is the Scorefitter music. I have pretty much worn that out. I was looking fwd to 'fresh' music from the other Pinnacle versions. I know it has to be in there - I just need help finding it. THANK YOU!!

I've done this with photos before a few times, with video it is certainly labor intensive but anything worth doing is worth doing right...well, unless you don't have the time lol.  You know what I messed up recently and would like to see - I thought I saw it on your San Antonio Youtubers page, maybe?  Can't find it right now though, but the outro you have (just like on this exact video) with the options to click on multiple videos as links, how do you PERSONALLY do that?  I know there are multiple options and routes, the one I most recently used failed lol - if you get some time and could link me or shoot a new vid about PROPERLY DOING those that would be really helpful!  Thanks Maliek!

I have an audio-related question:  Is it possible in StudioPro 18 to detach the audio from multiple consecutive video clips (the audio that was originally recorded by the video camera), and merge the resulting separate audio clips in to one long audio clip?

Hey quick question about The rendering in Pinnacle. Is there any way to render a video 1080 with 60fps. Because I can't find an option for editing the frames per second.
