Ugh! I use to get that problem all the time. Just use baby oil and slowly peel it off. Remember the new skin is super tender. Moisturiz afterwards. 🤗

As a women yes this happened after our periods but can also happen on full moons 💗💗
It’s completely normal and harmless but remember to moisturise after shedding

It really suprises me that alot of men dont know about this.
Skin shedding doesnt really hurt or anything, its just you get a new more softer & plump layer of skin after shedding.

Glad we're talking about gettung stuck while shedding! It's so unpleasant, like I know I should let it peel off on it's own but who does that. None of us are any less women for getting stuck on the forehead. ❤

If you keep your skin moisturized, the shedding is a lot less painful. Also, always make sure you’re wearing sunscreen for at least a day or two afterwards, because the new skin is really sensitive

I started shedding earlier than most ladies my age, before Jr. High. It was a little awkward. Glad we're finally speaking up about it. Normalize bodily functions 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻💪🏻

I am so glad we're having this discussion, shedding every month is tiring honestly. I used to shed so much during my teenage years but it has gotten better now.

100% sus. Mine doesn't look that moisturized!!! It's way more flaky. Like when it gets super dry then it starts shedding. But we should embrace it cause it's natural it's nothing to feel bad about.❤️

I’m seeing a lot of comments about moisturizing after shedding. I personally have never tried that as I always thought it would hurt the new tender skin. I’ll have to try it next time thanks! 🥰
