I see the chorus as a counter to victim blaming sayings like "she asked for it" or "look at the way she was dressed" none of those are excuses and no ever asks to be raped, so his chorus is so blunt sounding to show how stuipid it sounds if someone asks to be raped, cause no one ever does. Just the phrase "rape me" doesnt sound natural cause it isnt meant to be natural, rape is a crime and there is no context where it can be spun to be a good thing
