I think the allotment part was not clear in the video hence mentioning it here again:

1. In SME Retail - Allotment happens via lottery (as you can apply only for 1 lot)
2. In SME HNI - Allotment is proportional based lottery (so, if a SMI IPO is over subscribed X times, you can buy X lots to get at-least 1 lost).

सर मान लीजिए किसी को 1 लॉट मिल जाए SME ipo में तो क्या वह listing वाले दिन ही लॉट को बेंच सकता है या नही।
क्या जिस प्रकार से मेनबोर्ड ipo में लिस्टिंग होने पर अच्छा मुनाफा होने पर शेयर बेंच दिए जाते हैं, तो क्या sme ipo में लॉट मिलने पर पूरा लॉट बेचना है ये तो बात समझ में आ गयी, लेकिन क्या बेचने जी प्रक्रिया zerodha Application में मेनबोर्ड ipo जैसी ही है।
Sme ipo में लॉट मिलने के बाद किसी प्रकार का lock period तो नही लागू हो जाता है।

Why they don't reduce lot size (around 4000 rupees only), so that more people can get allotment. Very few people are getting allotment. This is injustice with retail people.
