In Insidious: The Red Door, the horror franchise’s original cast returns for the final chapter of the Lambert family’s terrifying saga. To put their demons to rest once and for all, Josh (Patrick Wilson) and a college-aged Dalton (Ty Simpkins) must go deeper into The Further than ever before, facing their family’s dark past and a host of new and more horrifying terrors that lurk behind the red door.

The original cast from Insidious is back with Patrick Wilson (also making his directorial debut), Ty Simpkins, Rose Byrne, and Andrew Astor. Also starring Sinclair Daniel and Hiam Abbass. Produced by Jason Blum, Oren Peli, James Wan and Leigh Whannell. The screenplay is written by Scott Teems from a story by Leigh Whannell, based on characters created by Leigh Whannell.

This movie and fantasy/paranormal horror series was the best horror movie series I've ever seen. I'm glad that you guys decided to finally put a bow on it, my only complaint is that you should gave stretched another 13 minutes to flesh out the black roommates reaction to everything going on because that felt really rushed and awkward. Otherwise was an excellent movie and I really enjoyed it. I appreciate the fact that this crew was able to make such a unique and relatable horror series thats totally different than the usual horror formula that is in almost every mainstream horror movie. Well done.

Just saw this movie, and I was not disappointed. People complain that the movie focuses too much on dialogue, but dalton and Josh got their fucking memory wiped, so it’s good that they focus a lot on their trauma and confusion. Even then, they still manage to provide us with some scares and suspense. Amazing movie.
