Romania annuls election results after accusations of Russian meddling | DW News

Romania's top court has annulled the results of November's presidential election, after accusations of Russian meddling. The second round was supposed be held on Sunday, and would have seen far-right, pro-Russian candidate Calin Georgescu pitted against centrist pro-European Elena Lasconi. The current president says he'll remain in office until a successor is elected.

In Romania you don't have the freedom to vote for whoever you want. You have to vote with someone liked by the SYSTEM, otherwise the election will be cancelled, votes recounted until someone agreed by the SYSTEM will be elected.

The EU once again ordering another They have done this in the past.

They are trying to do the same in Georgia.

They did it in Denmark in 1992 when the people voted against the Maastrict Treaty.

They did it in 2008 when the Irish voted against the Lisbon Treaty.

They subverted a democratically elected Yanokovych when he tried to steer Ukraine away from the EU.
