I have not alot of room so i Just use my two jumpropes i bought and fold them in half and use it as cordless and i Just started and did 1 min i was out of breath 1 and a half years ago i was doing 1min 30sec rest did 15min of jumping cordless rope i need to start again am out of shape

Is the rope weighted too or just a basic jump rope. Not that it matters, your cordless rope is the first ones I’ve seen that make sense.

It can’t tell you how many calories you burned unless you can input your weight. You burn diff calories depending on your weight
