In a Wendy Williams interview (it is on youtube) Lisa said she didn't come because she wasn't a big wedding person (or funeral). The only weddings she had been to where her mothers, of which she said she had been to 3 (that may have had something to do with it). She said she didn't want to travel 2000 miles to sit at a wedding, she didn't think it was a big deal. It also fell on her boyfriend (Sean's) birthday. There was also some heat at the time. Lisa later rapped in a song "Through The Pain" her congratulations to T-Boz about the wedding and the baby. Infact the whole verse about TLC is lovely.

I was 17 in 2000 and didn't know any better. I was upset at her then but now as an adult I of course see things from a different perspective. Tionne did say they spoke before the wedding and Lisa sent her lots of great gifts. I still would have liked for her to be there.

This was before Lisa passed..August of 2000 to be exact. Left Eye didn't show because at the time they weren't all on good terms and had petty drama. They talked about it in TLC: The final chapter some years ago. T-Boz was hurt that Lisa didn't show even though they were mad at each other.
