Rules:

I, We, You, He, She, It, They and both singular and plural subjects, we use "had + V3"

(B).
Affirmative/Positive Sentence
Subject + had + V3 + object

Interrogative Sentence
Had + subject + V3 + object

Negative Sentence
Subject + had + not + V3 + object
