This is not the cause of a problem. But a deliberate delaying tactic to exhaust those customers who are trying to get them to payout.

Same here! I am not going to give up. I have coverage and they are going to let me use it! I have called them just like you so many times, placed on hold with no results!

I just cannot fathom how someone would end up with a stalker...couldn't you simply just make fewer enemies?...I am not in your shoes...so I am not in my intelligence level to review such a predicament fairly...those who matter don't mind, and those who mind don't matter...
