Here’s the facts (as I know them)
Please feel free to correct me: Phoon was/is a famous CSS player. He was well known for his absolute mastery of bhopping, using some exploit in the CSS engine. zBlock was implemented to limit bhop velocity to 300. But he ignored the patch and continued to bhop over 300 because there was a vulnerability/exploit that only he knew. So people called him a script user. Even if he was, it’s still god damn legendary and you can’t convince me otherwise
