How can you arrive on a scene where no crime is being committed and arrest someone in under a minute? How do you properly investigate something and hear out all the facts in that time? Then, when your misdeeds come to light you hide behind your children. The police chief or internal affairs should be investigating this!

I wonder if he knows how many people are going to see this video and are going to have a negative view of him, don't think for one minute that anyone in law enforcement has total respect because they don't. Most people are afraid of law-enforcement that's why they don't challenge them. The last one that I challenged was a Pennsylvania state trooper and I beat him and two other troopers pro se over first amendment right to speak and say what I want. There was no foul language or very little of it but he was triggered quite easily. He also was arrested a while back and arraigned a few days ago for domestic assault. They have a trigger and if you trip it two things can happen your life could end or his career could end. He'll be moving to another law-enforcement job probably in another state. I'm willing to wait and see. He's a thug.

Mr. copper, your actions are what’s causing the dysfunction in your family life. This gentleman did nothing to you and you illegally arrested him for constitutionally protected activity and you hotbox him. It doesn’t matter if he complain to you or not. You know it’s hot in that car and you make sure it was hot. And now you’re reaping the karma that you sowed and you don’t like it. This victim of yours didn’t deserve what he got either. And he is not after you. He only shared what happened to him. The people threatening you, they need to be held accountable, not your victim. He didn’t tell people to go out and call you and threaten you. Maybe it’s time that cops realize they don’t have qualified immunity when they violate peoples rights. Whoever that Supreme Court justice was that decided to make up this qualified immunity thing which didn’t exist, should’ve lost their job. Because they helped create this imbalanced scenario where somebody parks on the side of the road to make a phone call and they’ve got cops at their door asking them what they’re doing. A man’s having a diabetic issue gets Taco Bell and pulls into a parking lot and gets arrested because the business is closed. They had five cops surrounding him threatening him with guns for parking in a parking lot and eating his Taco Bell which he had on his lap while they were talking to him. The cops have a lot to atone for as a group. And this is part of it. By illegally arresting this man you made him a victim but he is also a poster child for what is wrong with our policing system. The thin blue line gang needs to go away today. The policy manuals need to be shredded and rewritten starting with the constitution and not focusing on officer safety which is what you do. If you didn’t rail up so many people by making illegal arrests or murdering people for having a tail light out and they didn’t identify or whatever stupid reason you may have at the moment, you wouldn’t have so many people after you. You are creating the vigilante system by your actions.

It’s also not the courts job to protect your children. It’s your job to protect your children. The Supreme Court has ruled that the cops have no duty to protect you. This man’s done nothing to you. You did something to him and the public doesn’t like it and they are making that well known. You caused this not your victim.
