My friend im here to advice you friendly again after the comment at your detailing video..
You make all the steps right but you have to change your products..
Simple green and stuff like this has high level of ph and are very alkaline..
Also they have a lot of salt in them..
When you clean with something so alkaline you killing your clear coat and you don't really take out all the dirt..
Your brake dust and the tar spots are still there..
You have to buy a good iron remover like iron x to clean the brake dust once a year..
For excellent finish and for protection buy a tire dressing like meguiars endurance or zaino z16..
This two are perfect, makes your tire black like new and are not liguid who is important because the gel gets in to the tire and dont splatter everywhere when you start to drive..
Keep detailing your car..

Well done. You took my advice and cleaned with simple green to monitor it. You have to have a time basis for how much "leaks" out. It could very well be road grime. I hope the money pours in and the youtube dollars make it rain.

I also have a leak one underr the starter not too much and one under it leaks only in long drives

I'm having this same issue. Had the mechatronic cover gasket repaired TWICE and it's leaking now for the third time less than 1k later. How did this end for you??
