150 years ago the common citizenry would have sent this viral. To me this video was a tremendous benefit and a privilege. Thank you for the invaluable information in this video. Please continue for the individuals in trying times who can't afford a lawyer and find themselves representing themselves. Thanks again.

I found this to be easy to understand. I'm a Pro se and this video is a huge boost of knowledge and skills for me. I can't wait to see their faces when they find out I know how to object and when. Pure joy. Thank you for the content.

There must be something said about " Hearing it from the Judges mouth " There was a time when this meant everything. Your valuable contributions are a powerful reminder of these times. It is important at this time that we as a people begin in our own investigative way to spot the error(s) in Law and address these breaches in a Lawful manner. It is important to note a recent Supreme Court Ruling where Judges threw up their hands and noted " There are now so many laws, how can we possibly do our job in ruling over them " Which I suggest is in regards to the Lawfare state we now find ourselves in. It has now become difficult to attach the word "Honor" to any person in Law, which at one point marked the Esha lance of an outstanding career, but in this case. Thank-You Honorable Judge Mark Curry (Ret.)

Perfect information. More of these please. Some more on hearsay exceptions. And also, what evidence can not get excluded, and what prior evidence is admitted.

Thank you for such great informative information! Now the question is if my attorney does a poor job while defending me on a fake criminal case how does one still win the case when it goes to trial/jury?

Thank you for your detailed explainations 😀 I've followed the Karen-Read-trial and wondered why the judge didn't allow to explain the cause of the objections. Is that allowed and normal in Massachusetts or only a personal preference? I thought it was confusing for the jurors, not to know why the prosecution or the defense attorney made an objection.
Sorry for my bad english, I'm out of school in Germany since 1986 🤷‍♀️
Hoping for an answer and with best wishes from Frankfurt am Main 😊

Is the objection more so towards the lawyer of the opposing side or the evidence being illegitimately proclaimed by the person being questioned on the stand

40:50 I am an expert witness and find this to be very helpful. A video and/or handbook for expert witnesses would be of great use.

Thank you so much. You single handedly helped regain trust in the US and the system. This helps me at the very least prepare and Understand the procedures for trial; without awkward or disrespectful behavior and With more certainly of what is to be expected.

When I plaintiff deposed in chief and was testifying documents the defendant objected to my documents but did not say any reasons for his objections. The judge noted 'objection' to every document without any reason and did not admit the documents as exhibits. Now how can I get the documents exhibited to use them as evidence in trial of civil suit?

I dont understand why the hell someone would listen to your information and then unlike. I think a bored ass narcissist would dislike if it didn't work in their favor, but you can't make a horse drunk the water. I mean I been battling a local agency that kidnapped my child and sold her while I was forced to be confined from society. Still dealing. I think you're great, I KNOW YOU ARE GREAT AS A PERSON GIVING ADVICE. IM A PERSON WHO IS COMPETENT AND WONT USE ANYTHING AGAINST YOU. ~. SBG ✓%

Regarding the rookie mistake of objecting to every little thing; wording of the objection can help plant a thought in the mind of the jury without making you sound whiny or pedantic. If you say "your honor, I have to object" or use a tone of voice that you've put up with this as long as you can, especially in a line of similar questions, it gives the impression to the jury that you were tolerant but opposing counsel went too far.
