👉INGREDIENTS:
100g unsweetened cocoa powder
40g honey (or other sweetener)
180g water

👉PREPARATION:
In a blender, combine cocoa, water, and honey.
Blend everything at maximum speed.
Store in a sterilized jar and enjoy on bread or toasted bread!

📌TIPS:
With these proportions, the cream will not be very sweet, so if you’re a fan of dark chocolate, you’ll love it. If you prefer a bit more sweetness, you can increase the amount of honey.
For a vegan alternative, you can use agave syrup.
