My fav customer story is a Customer from Alaska was on vacation in North Carolina. She was walking down a well known board walk when she passed a woman wearing the exact pair of unique earrings she was. They both looked at each other and said in unison ‘MetalRocks’! They contacted me to share the story! I still smile thinking of this lovely bonding!! 💖✨

I had the most beautiful moment the other week. One of my items is a Rainbow Bridge journal for adults and children that I created from scratch in memory of my dogs. The customer sent me a note that put me in tears.. telling me how my journal made her pain more manageable because it made her feel connected at a time where she was so numb and depressed. It filled my soul like I can’t even tell you. She thanked me for creating it. It was a WOW moment for me.

Maxwell, I would like to know if all cover photos that are collages will be penalized in the algorithm ratings from now on as per y'all's new suggestions? Not all collages reduce likelihood of a customer buying that item, some increase accurate visibility of product options, not detract from it. If I opt not to change collage style cover photos on some of my items because they work best for me, can I expect that the algorithm will automatically rate these listings lower than others? Can I clear those suggestions from the top of my listing pages, or will they be there until I comply with said suggestions?
