How do you keep it online? Mine shuts off after about 3 to 4 days even when it’s plugged in and fully charged. I have it in a trailer toolbox, I receive updates for a couple of days then nothing.

How do you know when the tracker device has been powered on? Mine is fully charged. I held the button down for 5 seconds but nothing happens. How am I supposed to know when it’s powered on of off?

I think my boyfriend is using this to track my location because I sighed on to our phone bill and I see my name and a sync up tracker virtual with a phone number. I’m confused.

I own four of these. Have you had any issues with your tracker going off line? This happens on mine once in a while. I think it happens when it loses a cell signal. The problem is I have had to re-boot the tracker to get it working again. Sometimes it takes a long time for it to reconnect. I explained this to T-mobile and they send me new devices. But it still happens maybe once a month. Nice job on your video.

I just got five of the second generation Trackers. These things suck. When they work, they are accurate, but the problem is, they rarely work.

This thing was free so I'm not mad but it does absolutely nothing. You cant tell if it's on or off and you gotta keep clicking on it to remind it to device
