Honestly, I miss the breakdown of each category in the Doug Score. It was interesting to see WHY Doug gave each score.

I don’t even remember the last time Doug had bloopers at the end of his videos but I’m glad they returned.

Just came back from a local Acura dealer.

Was ready to drive off with one. It had most of the add ons I wanted. It was priced at 70k…. Just couldn’t fathom paying 10-12k mark up.

That 2.0T engine, even in more pedestrian form in stuff like Accords, is fantastic - great power and economy in a reliably engineered package. Also, Acura's design language has been really attractive as of late

As a sunglasses enthusiast I'm completely sold. The interior parts are well thought out. Like the aero in the bumper, no sunroof, manual only, engine tune for mid-range, they were serious when they designed this. all good moves

Doug has risen to the ranks of sponsoring his own channel! What a boss

I’m actually glad that the rear seats do not have alcantara and instead have full leather. If you have kids, cleaning those rear seats is way easier if they are just leather. Especially since 95% of the time the only people who use rear seats are children.

Approaching high 5-figures for a four-cylinder front wheel drive Honda is insane.

Honda and Acura are a breath of fresh air with these manual transmissions and actual engines. Growing up I never thought I would love Honda this much over other automakers.

Having owned a Rsx type s it’s so cool to see how much they carried over. The 3 dials for the ac controls made me so happy to see. Hatch release is exactly the same with the cutout. I even remember the weirdly placed plastic piece the back seats. Miss that car dearly and this has me very very interested

I had a 2003 RSX Type-S and loved everything about it. Super high quality, fun to drive, looked great. Even the Bose stereo was perfect. When kids came along, the car had to go. I do wish they offered a two-door coupe.

I have a 2013 ilx dynamic which is just a civic SI underneath and I love it. I like the fact that it isn’t as boy racer as the civic but it doesn’t stand out at all from the standard ilx I wish they had split the difference and given the dynamic something to distinguish them.

Now, I can be satisfied in driving my tuned (Stage 1) 2016 VW GTI S, which I believe has given me all that I've desired for less than $23k when I bought it new.
I've driven it from NJ to CA, to FL, and and found it almost as comfortable as my 1999 Passat GLX V6. It's been reliable and has enough power that I rarely need to downshift for passing. I appreciate the relatively low-key styling for not drawing unwanted attention.
So Acura needs to offer me something that does the same without costing twice as much.
(I think I came close enough to a Golf R for $15+K less.)

From someone who owned a 1996 Integra GS-R, I like the new styling. It certainly looks better than when this new model debuted.

14:13 doug those buttons are the same in the automatic Integra, it has a traditional shifter. The blank button is the engine idle switch

That back end is so aggressive and I love it. I guess I’m crazy to think this car would be available under $50k.

It's really hard to get excited about this car knowing that the dealers will rip-off customers with $10, 000+ markups. It's also disappointing there is no rear wiper. Great video as always, Doug.

I have a Still Night Pearl 2017 Honda Accord Coupe 3.5L V6 with manual transmission. It produces 278 HP and 252 lb ft torque. The only way I got this rare car is because I used to work for Honda Finance Corporate division and ordered it through the manufacturer online. Brand new, MSRP was $36, 000. I leased it for a year and bought out my lease for $18, 000. I have 136, 000 miles on it now, never had an issue, and the vehicle has been registered in 3 states. I'm meticulous on maintenance and changing fluids. It's definitely a racer and still gets attention every time I drive it. It feels like a more power Civic SI. I'll just push it closer to 300, 000 miles and wait for the price on the Integra Type S to significantly decrease.

Saw one at a local dealership just today. Under showroom lighting, the white looks amazing with all these aggressive flares and body lines. However, with $10k mark ups, I kicked all 4 tires and walked out.

This makes me want them to make a new prelude SO bad.
