Great vid, thanks Nagi! Anyone care to answer my questions: 1) Is the lined tray to make it easier to clean after, or does the foil serve another function? 2) Why do you keep the meat elevated, is it so you get an even cook and the bottom doesn't 'fry' on the tray? Cheers.

This is great you should also do a marinade with turkish red pepper paste and tomato paste 1tbsp, 3 tbsp of yogurt 2 tbsp of honey 2tbsp of pomegranate molases 1 tea spoon of sumac 1 teaspoon of oregano half a teaspoon of thyme 1 teaspoon of paprika 1 teaspoon of garlic powder salt nd pepper and half a teaspoon of cumin (This is also a popular turkish marinade you should deffo try it!)

Wow I just made this and was impressed! Delicious! My pan dripping burnt though so I may turn the heat down a tad bit next time. I may add a bit more cayenne pepper to spice it up a bit more. I loved it!
