I live in the UK. We have had a National Health Care since 1947. When it came about, it was great. Income tax was increase but not by very much. Move on 70+ years. It has attracted millions from overseas who have instant access but have not contributed. Our tax is through the roof. The system is breaking down and I am convinced there is a hidden policy to give minimal care to the elderly because of cost. I am old, 74, and I cannot get proper medical attention for teeth and common illness. Booking a doctor = 6 -8 weeks waiting and then you don't get want you want. More important is, I honestly believe, hospitals have hidden limits of care for say, 75+ old patients.

Obamacare was stupid anyway. The way that whole system was set up was stupid. I mean, punishing people who hasn't enrolled was definitely a stupid idea because not everybody can afford it and if they can't afford it, how do you expect them to pay the $695 fine? My right to privacy and my right to freedom of association (keeping my doctor of choice) are both violated by Obamacare. As a healthcare professional, My right to conscientiously object to participating in an abortion procedure would be a fireable ''offense'' under Obamacare. Having my end of life options guided by some team of bureaucrats who are charged with developing protocols....it gets worse and worse. Those who took the time to read the fine print see that it is a disaster. I have family members who had to go without coverage due to the skyrocketing cost under Obamacare. Financially, it was a disaster. We need more access to natural and lifestyle healing options, the ability to decline certain kinds of care as a personal choice, and get less expensive packages based on free enterprise, and very flexible health savings accounts.

it was an extension on medicaid to people who where younger and or without insurance. wealthier workers didnt want to be forced to take out an insurance plan each year and companies didnt want to be force to provide insurance to their aging workforce

I had to wait almost a year for my coverage to continue treatment for my work related illness and injury which has limited my ability to walk. Ironic how it happened while I was being rushed to finish completion of a hospital as an uninsured apprentice. Pick up that slumping economy on your shoulders and put your back into it! Better to be used up than useless no?

Don't worry. Chief Justice Roberts already rewrote Obamacare once so he could make it Constitutional. He'll do it again.
