Beelink X2 Tutorial on installing ARMBIAN onto a Micro SD Card and booted from a Beelink X2 TV box.

When connecting to WIFI - Select your WIFI from the drop down menu top right of screen, just like most Linux Distro's.

This will not affect your android setup on the internal memory - Please use a micro SD card that fast enough 'class 10' sandisk ultra is minimum that should be used, as shown in the video.

Please follow the instructions carefully - This may not boot on all Beelink X2 Hardware - Beelink are always changing their board design - Please seek advice from ARMBIAN as they may be able to help you get it working on your version of the Beelink X2 hardware, if this fails to boot correctly.

Thanks for your videos! I have a Beelink X2 which I guess is just flaky, because normally it is stuck at the Mbox screen, the reset button seems to do nothing in any case, I have once gotten it to boot into the start screen of openelec, and twice into armbien, but not past the point where it wants to reboot to resize the partitions. Any magical words of wisdom? I am using a class 10 16GB SD card and have optionally powered with a USB cord but have not gotten it recognized in the Windows update applications although I have other boxes with the same cord.

(. the armbien SD card for instance 99% of the time it just hangs at a purple light.). I have never gotten it to boot to the recovery screen to clear the cache etc.

Sir, I have super fast USB pen drive. can I use it for this project instead of micro SD card ? all my sd cards are class 6.

Hi Sir, I've tried to boot Linux as you described, but only a purple led obtained. Checked the processor inside, it's a regular H3. I've tried also the other method with the OpenElec but had the same result, only the led was the classic red.
What I have to do? Many thanks indeed, merry Xmas
