Recently, while I was picking fresh fava beans from the garden, I thought to myself that I should make a fragrant and delicious fava bean rice with fresh fava beans and dill.
Fava bean rice can be served alongside chicken or lamb shank, but I believe fava bean rice paired with lamb neck can be one of the most delicious and appealing dishes for special occasions.
🔴Ingredients for three people:
3 Cups Rice
2 Cups Shelled Fava Beans
50 gr Fresh Dill
1 kg Lamb Neck
2 Large Onions
5 Cloves Garlic
Half Cup Brewed Saffron
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
4 Cups Boiling Water
Half Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
Half Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
Salt and Black Pepper Powder as needed
