I used gps waypoints for a while but now they're just too rude with the ads. you cannot insert a waypoint without going through a whole ad hassle. Petal gets a mention here but when I try it I'm told it was meant for an earlier android than mine. google maps gets all the noise but doesn't seem to do waypoints.
All i want is waypoints. That'll do me. Nothing else. And free. Or once off small payment. Anyone know anything?

Good video - thank you. One point of clarification if I may with reference to the Tom Tom app:when the device requests 'download maps' is this a download that has to be effected for every single car journey? If so, does it use up memory on the phone? Many thanks.

wow you really missing 1 app killer here, Petal Map is one of the most under rated map ever existed, it can simply kill the rest of the nav map easy ! so sad no one not even talking about it
