Guys we have to take eqn with 3 variable and type this in calculator:
Take a1=4 b1=12 c1=-2 d1=0; a2=12, b2=-14 c2=-5 d2=0;
a3=2; b3=5; c3=0, d3=98

You will get x=44, y=2, z=100

and lambda != 0 solution correspond to solution on the constraint boundary ?

Your explanation regarding the invalid solution is f** up, sir. Sorry. :) You have not explained why. You just stated it. That solution is totally valid. It may not be the global maximum, but it is definitely a local one and until you get the second solution, it remains in the game to be compared with the value of the function in that second solution.
