It didn’t flop. 4Kids tried to steal ownership and the court battles drained the budget so massively it had to be shut down. BUT Bryan Gannon has been working for the last 10+ years to bring it back, and we’re right now waiting for authorization of the logo. Not a flop.

Bryan didn't buy it back. 4Kids had the rights to the franchise because yjey were dubbing it. 4kids failed as a business and the ownership defaulted back to Bryan. He's working with another company to revive the franchise

Side note, Chaotic was the first card game to have a working online form

Bring it back please best card game I ever played way more fun and immersive than any others at the time. Great memories playing this with friends after school and during recess plus going online to play.

Could definitely launch a dope mobile app for this now days, have your own scanner to Perim battle on the app maybe even have a Pokémon go style AR part where you can collect scans around the world. Lots of possibilities

I wish I could work to help restore the story of chaotic, finally do an online PlayStation open world where we get to explore & scan rare creatures. Best idea for a video game.

Chaotic was not the first TCG from the west. Magic: The Gathering was one of the first ever TCGs and is the grandfather of the genre and it was created at the University of Pennsylvania
