This may be a weird comment, but I do appreciate how considerate you both are in your colour choice for your outfit and background, your videos are really calming to view ( I could have a slight bias, as blue is my favourite colour). Thank you for the informative videos, very useful!

This video was really useful, thank you. I’ll save this one for later referral, as I hope hubby and I can start travelling again soon. I really hope. You two are so very personable, I enjoy watching your channel.

Thanks for sharing! I've depended on Airbnb everytime I travel. Kas is beautiful. Next time you go to Turkey check out Mahmutlar in Alanya. It is another cute town on the Mediterranean coast. 😄

I discovered this channel a few weeks ago and I love your content. Before the Global Reset, I planned to leave the US in Oct, spend two months in Europe and then spend 4-6 months in Nairobi. It's been a dream I've had for years and now it's on hold. Now you've got me thinking about Slow Travel in the US. I live on the East Coast and after November of this year, I planned to pick my destinations based on climate. For the first time I started fostering a senior cat. I agreed to foster her until I left the country, but now I'm realizing I could take her along. Again, I was inspired by your family and your fur kids. I have a few questions about your situation- do you allow yourself a set amount to spend each month on lodging with the understanding that some months it could be more and other months less but it will average out to no more than a certain dollar amount? Now that you're back in Canada, do you have access to a car? I planned to give everything away, including my car. I'd still do that, but would need to buy a newer car for long trips. I also follow Go With Less and each month they post a video on how much they spent for the following month. I've seen some of your videos about the cost of certain places. Could you do a video on budget? How much do you allow yourselves to spend each month? Also, have you had good luck with shared spaces with air BnB rentals? Thank you. Hope you're healthy and hopeful.

When you have gotten back an email, with the discount approved from the host, do they redo the listing for you or is it a special link that they have through the Airbnb site? Love all the information. Keep it going.

So true about the clutter! One month we stayed in an airbnb whose cupboards and drawers were all stuffed with useless clutter. Not the most pleasant experience. I can't complain because the photos were accurate. :/

Thank you for the great tip for the 27 day suggestion vs 28 days. Do you use the monthly stay search option for your slow travel? I noticed for monthly searches AirBnB doesn't allow you to customize the upper limit price range if over $1, 000/mo. I want to spend 3 months wandering Europe in 3 locations. So my budget is up to $1800/mo but it keeps resetting to $1000+ and shows me 300 options where most are out of my range which wastes a lot of time sorting. Thoughts and thank you. We launch next month :)

I must consider Air BnB a viable option as well as traditional hotel rooms.

For a stay of one or two months, what kind of discount do you ask for in general?

Have you figured out how to search for Airbnbs most effectively? We recently started travelling slowly and staying in places for at least four weeks. However, we don’t seem to have figured out how to search Airbnb to get the maximum possible units. For example, we continue to find new Airbnbs by leaving the dates open and just looking at a monthly rentals. After finding a place, we then look at whether it is open for the dates we originally requested. I would welcome your thoughts, as I am sure you have experienced this same issue.
