Healthline recommends 10+ servings per day of fruits and vegetables to be ideal for #cancerprevention and healing.

This cancer fighting salad was inspired by #chrisbeatcancer

⛔️no cheese, meat, fruit, or store-bought salad dressing.

RECIPE:
* Start with #Kale and #Spinach the most nutrient dense dark leafy greens:
* Broccoli- promotes liver detoxification, and contains Indole-3-carbinol, an anticarcinogenic compound.
* #RedCabbage has been shown to reduce the risk of #breastcancer, colon and #rectalcancer. It should be minimally cooked or eaten completely raw to reap the full benefits of its cancer fighting properties.
* 1/2 an Avocado-
* Sprouted Sunflower seeds
* Red, Yellow, or Green Peppers- I used red
* Garlic

Homemade Salad dressing: Mix
✳️ 1 tbsp organic extra virgin olive oil ✳️ 1 tbsp organic cold-pressed flaxseed oil✳️ Lightly drizzle #applecidervinegat to taste (another super healthy fermented food!)
✅ Add any of these for extra benefits -Organic Oregano-Organic Garlic Powder-Organic Turmeric or Curry Powder-Organic Cayenne Pepper
