Oh look, snow and icy roads, let's drive 90 miles an hour like we normally do!

I feel for all those who are stuck in this mess. I hope it doesn't turn into another overnight gridlock situation. And I hope if it does, everyone has food, water and plenty gasoline and blankets.

I use to haul a lot of steel up and down that route a few years ago. I enjoyed every trip in snow, rain, and sunshine. Hope all are safe.

I was escorting a 200, 000lb+ load today heading for Nashville. Seeing this, I'm glad we decided to call it a day before we got in too deep. We wouldn't have made it through.

Oh wow! I couldn’t handle driving in that kind of weather any more! Please slow down! Don’t use brakes if you can help it! Stay safe!

These are true lessons in being prepared, always take spare food, water, blankets when traveling, and yes, it's winter. Also police and fire can get covid snow removal services they all can get sick, and essential services can get affected. Be wise. Even on short trips.

I drove thru that area yesterday. I couldn't believe how many people were tailgating following so close cars and trucks mostly cars driving in packs. If one person wants to hit the brakes there was no place to go side by side nose to tail. Maybe an idea would be to leave a little space? Then you get the idiots that'll come out and just cut over at the very last second
