Great video again - once you have some micro-soldering lessons you'll fly through these repairs. I can understand why you sent it out - that connector being right next to that component - yeah not for a beginner.
Get some old boards (icloud locked etc) and find what temperature works best on your hot air/soldering station, as there are that many around temps can vary from what the display actually reads. Try removing cleaning and replacing IC's diodes, resistors and capacitors.

Hey Phone Repair Guru!! My phone's power button had broken earlier. And I got it repaired yesterday. They put some kind of a glue to stick the back of the phone together and I was thinking about you and your channel at that time.

Imagine, "We have a Vivo V3 Max.... and the power button is broken. First we pry under the back.... ohh that's some damage..." LOL

The charging port not working means that the phone is super fast charging and only slow chargers. Mine had the same issue where the type C AKG headphones wouldn't work either

The person who did the micro work didn’t clean the board properly afterwards. So much flux residue :, ( it will just corrode over time.

It's interesting to see just how many high end phones get sent for repairs. I've had a few instances of me sending my iPhone for repairs to the point of seeing it as an expected expense. Imagine buying an iPhone 13 and then spending almost the same amount to buy either a new or used one for fixing because of anti repair.

Was really looking at getting an iPhone 12 but I feel there's no point now
