I thought work life balance meant equal amounts of time spent with family and with work, but i rather more time spent with family than work.

I love my job (in education) but it’s stressful and never ending and I have to carefully guard my evenings or else I’ll never see my daughter or my friends or my dog.

I think that’s work/life balance. Having a healthy family and social life outside of work.
