$1M/Year with 9 Rental Properties by Cracking the Travel Nurse Code

You don’t need a hundred rental properties to make a million dollars a year. You can do it with less than ten properties. Sounds insane, right? If so, tune in to hear Jesse Vasquez’s story as he breaks down exactly how he built a seven-figure income stream with fewer rental properties than most medium-sized landlords. He even gives an example of how just two of his rental properties are cash-flowing enough to replace a six-figure salary. So what is he doing differently from the rest?

After escaping the “golden handcuffs” of a six-figure healthcare sales job, Jesse knew he couldn’t ever return to the corporate work environment again. He loved the paycheck but was paralyzed by the work and needed an escape that could help him build wealth without sucking his soul. After sparking up a conversation with a traveling nurse, he realized there was an unfilled niche in the medium-term rental space, one that traveling professionals would pay handsomely for.

From working in healthcare, Jesse has been able to pinpoint exactly what makes a high-cash flow medium-term rental, which amenities can dramatically increase your rent price, and how to make six figures in cash flow with just a few properties. This deep dive will give you EVERYTHING you need to know before you buy a medium-term rental, how to achieve a near-zero vacancy rate, and the most lucrative way to find tenants that will net you five times higher rent than a regular long-term tenant.

Paused the video a few minutes in, TOOK ACTION. Cold called my local hospital!

Spoke to a housing specialist and she sent me an application to apply for housing providing solutions

I’m a travel nurse and the main barrier of traveling is finding housing! I would much prefer a house with more space, appliances, a VEHICLE, etc., over a hotel!Jesse has provided relief for health care professionals, in a savy way might I add, while making his pockets bigger! So brilliant. 🥳

This is probably the single best video Ive seen so far in getting into this space. An especially big thanks to Jesse for sharing all these tips, it gave me a ton of clarity.

This dude is helping me more than any college degree, love him because he does not do the fluff like Robert kiosaki and others.

I’m have been a travel nurse for 6 yrs. This is great! Love a place that is quiet and clean. We are all background checked and know how to be responsible. My recruiters don’t help me with housing. This is for nurses and I use furnished finders, it can be really tough to find housing. Doctors probably have help with housing. I would love to rent from him! Every hospital has travelers that work there.

I truly appreciate this podcast!....I'm a carpenter by trade with a few LTR...my oldest daughter who's a traveling nurse literally suggested this a few days ago, and tonight I stumble across this podcast. The universe is trying to tell me something...again, thanks for this podcast

This has been the best podcast on Mid Term Rentals I have ever heard. He is open and giving. A real Go-giver and I have been trying to get started in this space for sometime.

Host of Furnished Finder’s podcast, “The Landlord Diaries” here. On point as always Jesse! I like the meat of the episode starting at 18 minutes. We hear blackout curtains all the time on our show but I like the added recommendation for box fans as a noise barrier for medical professionals that sleep during the day. Nice work David and Rob! I look forward to following the added content of Jesse coaching David on his MTRs.

I am a travel Respiratory Therapist and one of the toughest of traveling is finding a safe and comfortable place to stay.. This is great insight, as I also prepare to get into the MTR space in my home town. Thank you guys!

One of the best podcast I’ve watched! I’m currently renovating a home I inherited here in NYC for this purpose. Thanks a million for the added confirmation.

Just bought my first duplex next to a hospital in VA and might pursue this strategy. It would be AWESOME if you could make a video on how to analyze mid term rentals :)

I came across Jesse 2 years ago, I have my first rental focused on traveling nurses. I love providing a quality experience for healthcare workers who deserve that after a long shift. I’ll be looking into how to add a vehicle into my business model! Thanks for this great conversation 🔥🔥🔥

I was getting frustrated until the 18 minute mark because I felt he was avoiding the question about the structure of his business. Thank you Rob for reframing the question multiple times until you flushed out the answers I desperately wanted to hear! Great question Dave on whether this was one person to a house or multiple clinicians in a home
